Welcome to Workshop Sign-Ups! Please fill out the form below to get started. Once your information has been received, I will reach out to you within 48 hours via your preferred method of contact to finalize student registration and arrange payment.
If you would like to register more than one student, please add additional student names and respective grades in the comments section.
Workshop registration is not confirmed or guaranteed until I have reached out via your preferred method of contact. At that time, we will confirm workshop details and payment will be processed.
Workshops cap at 5 students, and will be registered on a first come, first serve basis. If a workshop no longer has space, you will be notified ASAP. Thank you for your understanding.
